Is your bakery celiac friendly?
Yes! Our kitchen is a dedicated, gluten free facility.

Can I eat your baked goods if I have a peanut allergy?
Our bakery is not a peanut free facility, as we use the same bakery to make peanut and peanut-free baked goods, which are clearly marked. Please do not eat our baked goods if you have a severe allergy to peanuts. If you choose to do so, we are not liable for any allergic reactions and/or medical treatment needed.

If I have an allergy to an ingredient in one of your baked goods, are you able to switch it out for a different one?
Usually yes, but it depends on the baked goods. If you’re ever unsure if we can switch something out before you order, please contact us to ask. If it’s something like using real butter instead of vegan butter or coconut milk instead of almond milk, those are pretty easy exchanges and you can email us those requests after submitting your order. Please make sure to include your order number.

Do you use corn or soy in anything?
All of our baked goods are corn and soy free, with the exception of the candies we use in the Cinnamon Chip Scones.

Can I freeze your products?
Yes! All of our items freeze really well, which allows you to buy in larger quantities if you’d like. In fact, some of our items will be frozen when picked up after ordering online.

What payment methods do you accept?
Online we accept credit card payments from all major credit card companies. In person, we accept cash, check and Venmo (@bakedbyvi2) and credit/debit.

What is your return policy?
All items are non-returnable and non-refundable. We are not responsible for products once they leave our bakery. We ensure, to the best of our ability, that everything is made with love and integrity, using high-quality ingredients.

Store Credit: It is up to our discretion whether we will offer store credit for items and is not guaranteed. Store credit can only be redeemed in-person.

How do I get into your wholesale store?

What is your processing time?
Most orders submitted online, depending on quantity of products, are ready within 2-3 business days for pickup. Orders submitted over the weekend are ready within 3-5 business days.

Holiday orders must be submitted 2 weeks in advance either online or in-person with a specified pickup date selected.

How do I add a tip to my order?
We’ve created a product item called “Add a Tip”, under OTHER, in the store that will allow you to add a tip between $1.00-$20.00
