A Dedicated Gluten Free Kitchen

Everything at Baked by Vi is made in a dedicated gluten free kitchen. Our staff bring in nothing from outside that could carry gluten.

We read labels closely. When an ingredient has been processed, we look deeper. Oats, for example, are gluten free on their own but have to come from a gluten free facility, so we look for certified approvals first.

We make it ourselves when we have to. If we can’t find a product that’s both gluten free and corn free, we make our own.

We’re honest about “certified.” We don’t use that label, because hidden gluten can still turn up in surprising places, and we’d rather tell you that than hang a badge on the wall. What we promise is that we keep looking and keep asking questions. We’re human, so a small chance of error is always there, but your health guides every choice we make.
