Meet Vi

Vi started baking in a home kitchen so people with dietary needs could finally find safe, delicious food. That grew into a presence at the Goshen Farmers' Market and then a dedicated gluten free bakery and cafe in downtown New Paris. The trailer takes that same welcome on the road.
