The Bakery

Welcome to our bakery! Established in 2018 as a home-based, Gluten-Free facility, we pride ourselves on using clean, simple, organic, and locally sourced ingredients. After years of serving our community at the Goshen Farmer’s Market, we are thrilled to have moved into our dedicated Gluten Free kitchen in New Paris, Indiana, where we can share our indulgent and wholesome creations with you. Whether you're following a Keto, Paleo, Vegan or Dairy-Free lifestyle, we've got you covered with delicious and nutritious options!

“I love food! And I love to bake and experiment with different ingredients and flavors. Maybe that has always been in my blood, or maybe it’s the traveling and living abroad that has deepened it. I don’t know. I think it’s a combination.”

While on a personal food journey of cleaner eating to improve her health, Vi discovered how difficult it could be to find food that was healthy AND delicious. It became her goal to find ways of cooking/baking healthy without losing the enjoyment of delectable food. She “officially” started baking gluten free, not just dabbling here and there, in 2018. She loves hospitality and being a blessing to others and comes with an extensive professional background in the food industry.
