Welcome to Baked by Vi, a dedicated gluten free bakery and cafe in New Paris, Indiana. Vi started baking gluten free from her home kitchen in 2018 and spent years serving neighbors at the Goshen Farmers Market. In October 2022, we opened our own dedicated gluten free kitchen on Main Street. We bake with clean, simple ingredients, sourced locally whenever we can. Whether you have celiac disease, follow a keto, paleo, vegan, or dairy free way of eating, or just want food that makes you feel good, we have options for you.

Vi’s path to gluten free baking started with her own health. After years of running a soup kitchen, her health declined, and working with a naturopathic doctor taught her to read every ingredient label. She found it hard to get food that was both healthy and delicious, so she set out to make it herself. She loves hospitality and being a blessing to others, and she still lives by one rule: do what you can with what you have.
